This determination took us all the way to Japan, where we partnered with local experts in the port cities of Fukuoka and Shizuoka to develop our very own kosher-certified seaweed.

It didn’t stop there. From our sauces to our rice, every ingredient in our kitchen is sourced and prepared with the utmost care. Whether crafted in-house or brought from Japan under strict supervision, our food carries the prestigious Eida Haredit kashrut certification. This attention to detail isn’t just a promise; it’s the heart of what makes Sushi N Bagels unique.

Our first branch opened its doors in Jerusalem, quickly becoming a favorite among locals and tourists alike. People fell in love with our fusion of flavors—delicate, fresh sushi rolls paired with the timeless comfort of bagels filled with premium ingredients. This success inspired us to expand, and in 2024, we proudly opened our second location in the Hashdera Mall, Ramat Beit Shemesh. With seating for over 60 guests and a welcoming atmosphere, our new branch is designed to be a space where families, friends, and food enthusiasts can come together.
